Clean place, I would stay here again. Special thanks to really good and welcoming staff for making my stay a great experience. I loved my room - reasonably large and bright with fresh towels. Food options are great. The hotel has a good location right next to St James chapel.

I've chosen this great hotel for staying here with my friend. Had fabulous room with fresh towels, and I couldn't ask for more. My experience was really great from the moment I checked in, would book again.

The room was bright and modern had all we needed, it was complete with WiFi and fresh towels, as for instance. Location: the hotel was not far from the centre, the Sanctuary, and the center of Medjugorje.

I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect, right on the main street and only a five-minute walk to the church and shrine area. It was so convenient to be able to visit St James Church without having to travel far. Plus, there were plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. I especially loved the bakery in the neighboring building, which came in handy when all the shops were closed at night. The staff here were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always there to meet my needs and made me feel welcome. The room was also lovely, light, and very clean. The hotel provided all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a comfy sitting area. it was an excellent experience.

Manager put that little extra in that made this a great place to stay. He was very helpful and make us feel like family. You can't ask for a better staff. Each person went that extra mile to make us feel welcome and wanted, not just another number. I would recommend the Hotel Grace to everyone. The church is just a few feet away. There are many reasons that when we return we will stay at Hotel Grace.

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Grace very much. We were right beside the St. James Church in Medjugorje. We could see the Hotel as we were coming out the Church Gates each day The Staff were so accomodating and friendly in this Hotel from the Reception right through to the Restaurant. There was a Hairdressing Salon in the Hotel and it was very reasonable. The rooms were so nice and so comfortable. I was able to Skype my Family from the Reception area each day. As we travelling home in the early hours of our final day we received a packed lunch courtesy of the Hotel..I Asked before leaving this accomodation if I could book for this time next year I was told I will be able to do this with Booked.net a few months from now. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond with their friendly and accommodating service. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The breakfast was EXCELLENT and the restaurant had a great menu. The laundry service was efficient and reasonably priced. Can't wait to return!

The lady in the reception and her director were both very helpful. They seemed quite happy we were with Bookings.com and appeared to afford us some special care. The location was ideal for Medjugorje. The food in their restaurant was quite good.

Very friendly and well informed hotel stuff. Hotel is the center of town, 50 meters from the church. Very clean and beatiful.

The location of this place is perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the main sights. The restaurant served top-quality food and the service from Thomas, our waiter, was exceptional. He was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had the best dining experience with a cheerful attitude. The service at this hotel is truly exceptional, with professional and friendly staff. We were especially grateful for the fruit bowl in our room, a lovely touch that was much appreciated in the July heat. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

It's a fabulous and wonderful hotel in the very chic building. The breakfast is served in the restaurant! The staff are best, managed the parking on site.

Hotel facilities: The hotel had excellent facilities, including a restaurant that served gluten-free options and a helpful shuttle service from the airport. Staff: The staff at the hotel were friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed.
